Tridosha Hatha Yoga Flow for Balance and Peace

Tridosha Hatha Yoga is for Balance and Peace when one might experience feeling out of balance. We use different poses to address the different Doshas that makeup who we are. Vata is responsible for movement and communication. Pitta is responsible for transformation. Kapha is responsible for stability. Each Dosha has its own elements, qualities, and functions. They are expressed in the different behaviors we exemplify as well as our constitutional makeup known as Prakriti. When our doshas are out of balance, they will turn into a Vrikriti.

The Tridosha balance for Peace Hatha yoga class is designed for all doshas and a good way to restore balance for the whole physiology.
